請問一下
昨天是我運動第二天
我是以走路的方式
一小時走了15.16圈之類的
可是回家後隔天發現小腿正中間偏往外側的方向
偏一點點有條筋會痠痛.
請問這樣是哪裡姿勢或是施力點不正確呢?
