此為看起來臉最小的!!實質上一經擠壓 ~油都快噴了
三餐內容
早餐:麵包
午餐:炒飯+湯
晚餐:便當量的飯+湯
其他:宵夜、正餐的量!!偶爾會吃麥當勞
日常作息時間:晚上12點睡 八點起來 中午2~3點睡
一個月以前日夜顛倒
生活型態:(上班族
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
例1:重力:心型伏地挺身、臥推雅玲 心跳數應該140UP(共約25分鐘)
例2:有氧:跪著滾輪一次30~100下
我的問題:我以前是一個臉非常尖的人!我媽也是
不過這一年多來!!不知道是否運動習慣問題
胸口鎖骨脖子都超壯的!!我猜是拜伏地挺身所賜
我現在180/69 很標準 不過臉超胖的
頭跟脖子都分界都統一了,醜死!!雙下巴怪
我表妹還問我晚上要不要一起出來吃人
他是方頭怪
我可以不需要靠被動的機器跟按摩!!
我可以用運動的激烈方式
但是我不會!!請賜教..感恩
目前再吃口香糖了!!!
