大家好,我先說說我的基本資料好了
年紀:20,身高:180,目前體重:74
從今年二月開始減肥,用的是大熊算熱量的方法,還有搭配慢跑運動,
兩個多月的時間我從85kg瘦到現在的74kg。
自從上了fitness版之後,
學到了更多關於健康管理體重的方法,
受益良多。
今天在學校量完體重看到74kg,
還滿開心的,
可是想到版上很多大大都提到過的,
要減肥,不要減重的概念,
就讓我有點焦慮.....
為什麼呢?
因為我的體脂肪竟然有24點多,
而這也讓我重新檢視了我瘦身後的體態。
我發現本來大大的肚子消了很多,
不過,還是圍繞著一圈肥油。
肚子算是瘦的最明顯的,
我圓圓的臉幾乎一點都沒有瘦,
尤其是十分明顯的雙下巴,
幾乎還是原封不動的杵在那......
然後還有男生會感到尷尬的胸部,
也讓我很苦惱,
瘦了之後一就還是很明顯有女乳的現象......
以上是關於我自己瘦了之後體態的變化,
但我覺得就像版友們提到的,
要減肥,不要減重,
我也希望可以透過一些方式來讓自己的體脂肪降低,
擁有一個比較健康的體態和身體組成。
不知道各位版友對我的狀況有沒有什麼建議呢?
※補充一下:我目前的運動主要是慢跑,
一個星期大概會跑四次,時間是三十分鐘左右,
四百公尺的操場外圈跑8-10圈。
飲食的部份,早餐是吃小七的新感覺吐司加上優酪乳,
或是早餐店的吐司夾蛋。
午餐則是吃自助餐或是簡餐,並沒有特別的限制,
但菜太油會過水,炸物大多不吃,要吃會剝皮,
晚餐則吃的比較少,飯量或減半或不吃澱粉(只有晚餐)
配上青菜或是水果,
有時候會吃水煮鮪魚罐頭或是茶葉蛋配生菜沙拉,
偶爾會喝喝的燕麥。
