我瘦了八公斤 - 健身

自從12月10號到現在,已經瘦了八公斤,
首先跟大家說,我是要健身練腹肌,
但是當時的我168/66,體脂肪未知,
但肚子很大又圓,整體看起來肉都鬆垮垮,
下定決心要減體脂肪,練出四塊肌肉(目標好小),
但希望可以保有體重不要太瘦,
於是就報名了健身房,每天練完上半身就開始跑步,
從每天跑30分,速度11,現在進步到,
60分,速度14,我真的是跟他拼了,每天都在跑,
跨年夜,聖誕夜,聖誕節,元旦,除夕,幾乎都在跑,
印象最深的就是整間健身房只有我跟老闆(好特別),
現在體重:58公斤
現在,我已經練出來四塊肌,肚子都沒了,比較結實,
皮膚也變好,整個身體都很好,不過有個缺點,
現再只要一天沒去跑就罪惡感好重,不知道該怎麼辦?
飲食方面,不油而且三餐正常就可以,運動前的那餐一定要吃,
不然會沒力氣運動。
請問各位版友,我還要做什麼努力,才能把六塊肌練出來?
