2017年即將進入尾聲,
於是想為今年度做些紀錄,
將自己及朋友拍攝的影片進行剪輯,
主要片段以街頭健身的動作為主,
中間也有部份重訓的畫面,
後段加入從今年開始接觸的健力,
特別是硬舉項目.
身高/體重:184cm/85kg
目前三項成績
臥舉:135kg(8月成吉盃130kg)
蹲舉:165kg(8月成吉盃150kg)
硬舉:245kg(12月成吉盃245kg)
雙槓負重:110kg
引體負重:75kg
三年前接觸街頭健身後,為了練成一些所謂的神技,幾乎把腿部訓練放掉,直到今年因緣
際會下認識練健力的朋友,又重新開始針對下肢進行訓練,主是也只有練蹲硬舉兩項.
今年體會到不能再專注練上半身,
全身肌肉的平衡才能使自己更全面,
希望明年持續進步,共勉之~
