體重:65.7
BMI:23
體脂率:33% (生理期後)

三餐內容(熱量估算易受餐飲的原物料、份量、製程手法影響,請儘可能量化並描述)
早餐:都是早餐店的蛋餅(一份),偶爾是三明治(一份) (從來不喝飲料)
午餐:(不吃午餐,偶爾吃吃剩的早餐)
晚餐:麵包、蛋+牛奶或不吃
其他:每天都喝約2000c.c的水,不吃零食也不喝飲料
日常作息時間:六點半起床十二點上床睡覺
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:每天放學會慢跑2000,但是不到三十分鐘所以應該不算是有氧運動
(持續約一年)
我的問題:我用這樣的方法在一年內瘦了17公斤,剛剛看了精華區才發現是假瘦
最近常常有很想吃東西的感覺,強烈到我無法控制的狂吃,大概要復胖了吧
我的減肥方式算是非常非常不健康的,昨天有人建議我來FITNESS版
剛剛爬了很多文章發現我真是大錯特錯 ...
我想請問大家我現在該怎麼解決暴食的情況還有健康的減肥
