(此篇字多又囉嗦,可以直接跳圖看。 XD)
我是個易胖體質的人,也是從小胖到大。
最極盛的時期體重到達了90KG,但也在大學時期透過兩階段式的減重計劃,
成功的減到60KG。(這又是另一段故事了)
接著就過著幸福美滿的日子,很少再繼續量體重了XD。
一直到了研究所,發現臉比之前圓潤了一些,卻也不以為意。經常性的熬夜看PAPER,
不能少的就是宵夜的加持,『運動是三X,我只知道仙草奶凍!』,
運動服也已墊在衣櫃的最底層,不知道多久沒穿了。
這樣的情形之下,伴隨而來的當然也就是體重的飆升,腰圍的擴大。
逐漸發現我的牛仔褲一條條從緊繃開始變成塞不下,穿衣習慣也轉為寬鬆style,
繼續著我的肥美人生。
不可否認的,當下潛藏著一種很要不得的心態-過去我可以減30KG,
之後要再減我應該也沒問題的….。 = =”

在2011的夏天,坐在電腦桌前,大腿和屁股流汗濕成一片的我,
看著自己過去纖瘦的照片,起身打開衣櫃,看著一件件猶如被主人拋棄正在哭泣的衣褲,
終於我股起勇氣,站上了體重機………….。

『什麼!!! 80.4KG!!!!!』
我以為我頂多75,沒想到竟然破8字頭了!!!
於是乎,下定決心開始了我的減重計劃,並記錄自己的體重變化。
接下來我分成運動及飲食兩個部份,分享一下自己的減重過程。
飲食:
我基本上一天可能吃的部份會在2-3餐,(早+午+晚 or 早午+午晚)
我最常吃的東西是麥當勞 0_o 跟7-11的粥。
我會在超值午餐的時間點麥香魚套餐(或板烤雞腿堡或麥香雞生菜double)、
薯條換成生菜沙拉、飲料喝爽健美茶、無糖冰咖啡(自己加鮮奶)或是換成湯或柳橙汁。
晚餐時段我就會去7-11買皮蛋瘦肉粥(標示是180卡左右,另外比過全家跟萊爾富,
自己覺得還是小7的最好食),外加芭樂片或香蕉之類的。
除此之外,其他的飲食就比較隨性,有時也會吃便當、水餃、鍋貼、三明治之類的。
運動:
我的運動時間,都在約8-9點左右開始(其實不建議太晚,因為交感神經太興奮的狀態,
會不好入眠..),每週約4次以上,內容有騎腳踏車、呼拉圈、慢跑等等。
但最主要的還是透過鄭多燕小姐及Mr. Shuan T的中西合壁有氧,
讓我順利減重及有一點小腹肌。
鄭多燕我有4集,在每集都跳過一陣子後,開始發現強度不太夠了,
只剩下腹部是從做完快往生,到可以一口氣全部做完。
(所以腹部留著,放在Shuan T做完後做)

Shuan T的ABS Hip Hop也是無意間發現的,我有12集,其中前面2-5集是我比較推薦的,
此為融了Hip Hop的舞步及有氧運動,所以如果有一點點舞蹈底子會比較好跳,
當然沒有的話也沒關係。

差不多10個月過去了,算有小小成果。

不知不覺,已慢慢的從8字頭,渡過了7字頭,來到6了。

最後一年半過去了,體重來到了標準值的中間值(174/64.2)。
