三餐內容
早餐:和午餐併在一起了
午餐:
自己做的部分
燕麥粥、湯麵、鹹粥其中一個加燙青菜一把(超市那種袋裝的一袋)
白飯、乾麵、魯肉飯除了加燙青菜外會加湯
以上都會加一個蛋
麵的量一次大約是200g(一包600g的生麵條我分三次吃)
白飯的量是一杯
燕麥片 估計一次40~50g
湯的材料是
雞腿(有腿排的會分兩次)、香菇
不然就是超市賣的那種湯罐頭那類的
一鍋的水量應該有2000cc
外食:一般50元那種便當(ex內容和小7的國民便當差不多)
晚餐:在公司一起定..50元的或80元以上便當、合菜之類的
其他:
宵夜:
湯一鍋或超市特價水果一盒
飲水量:無糖紅茶+開水>3000
湯不一定喝所以暫時不例入計算
日常作息時間:主要上班時間是15~23點..偶爾幫人帶班是23~7點
睡覺時間為3~10
偶爾是8~14(通常15還要上班)
生活型態:三班制工作者
運動習慣:
因為住的地方是半山腰出去就有個有點陡的斜坡
所以就下班後走到平地來回這樣
來回一趟約1.4km
每天5趟約花1.5h(比平地跑2000m還喘)
等過陣子體力好一點後上山再改用跑的
仰臥起作50下
預定一週+5下
有代大夜班又沒休假的話就沒運動(也沒多餘的時間啦)
過幾天休假整修一下自行車後應該會改騎自行車上下班(約5km*2)
我的問題:
我的目標是半年左右把腰圍瘦到30"(76cm)左右
想問問有什麼地方需要改進還是要注意的嗎
本來的目標是減20kg..不過在不減肌肉下的狀況體脂會剩4%左右
感覺蠻難的
換成腰圍的話感覺就不是不可能的任務了
有想過下坡用腳踏車滑下去
不過有點陡剎車也不太靈光怕突然有車會反應不過來
飲水量要怎麼計算啊
做直銷的友人曾說茶、咖啡那種因為會利連尿所以完全不能算
湯的含鈉、鉀的量太高也不能算
只能算純水的..然後一天至少要喝2000cc以上
湯、茶、咖啡之類的偶爾喝喝就好
就我個人的感覺喝3000cc的水和紅茶...尿量差不多啊
