身高175體重100
最近同時在做節食跟運動的部分
早餐是一份鹽水意麵+不加醬沙拉+黑咖啡
中餐是一杯大概2/3杯滿的原味燕麥片+冰牛奶

宵夜跟中餐一樣(晚餐吃完過2小時就餓了...)

運動的話是2休1+3休1
內容是快走半小時+伏地挺身20*3+深蹲20*2+靠牆深蹲20秒*2
+簡易拉桿向上15*3+彈力繩側拉60秒*2
兩個禮拜到97後就卡了一個禮拜,目前總共三週左右
我幾乎每天都吃一樣的除非假日朋友有邀吃飯
朋友說我吃的太多,要把其中一餐跟宵夜拿掉 囧rz
不吃其實也撐得住,只是會變成一直要忍受那很明顯的飢餓感...
想問一下我吃的熱量是否太高?
還是一天吃到大概2000卡左右就盡量不要再吃了,即使很餓?
