早餐:三明治x1
午餐:水餃8個 or 半個排骨便當
晚餐:福州乾拌麵x1 + 貢丸湯(小)
其他: 八點以後通常不會再進食
日常作息時間:作息正常 8:30~17:30 上班 23:00前就寢 7:00前起床
生活型態:一般久坐上班族
減肥方式: 通常都不會大吃,三餐還算正常,口味也清淡,不愛吃辣或炸的東西
有辦健身房會員,如果不加班的會一週會去跑個2~3次
(慢跑40分鐘. 飛輪15分鐘) 如果下班後去運動回家晚餐會改吃一個生菜沙拉
問題陳述:我本身三餐份量就不大了,但本人相當愛吃,再減少份量會覺得肚子很餓
下半身很肥胖,肚子+大腿很可怕,但是因為臉是瓜子臉
所以朋友都不相信我是胖子...但28腰的牛仔褲好幾年都塞不進去
真的讓我很沮喪,是不是我運動量不夠呢?
另外想問問肩膀肉很多有可能讓它變少嗎?穿衣服好難看好想要有鎖骨><
