哇賽~~~~這位大大 真是不辭辛勞 諄諄教悔阿
關於有氧的強度,您解釋的非常詳盡,我實在感激
我有氧做很久了,之前騎車會戴心率表,控制心跳都在130以上
所以我的強度沒有問題, 之前瘋狂騎車甚至騎兩節狂操
但有氧要搭配重訓,所以我才減低有氧的時間
最近幾個月我開始練重訓
至於膝蓋的問題,可能我的有氧都只有單車吧,(我常被誇讚騎車跟教練一樣標準)
我想膝蓋問題我還要多請教一下教練,看是那邊有問題
我最近開始做滑步機,但仍沒有騎單車感覺過癮...但我會盡量努力調整,不要只選擇
騎單車的..
