我脂肪都屯積在下半身,騎室內單車那天要練腿部肌肉嗎?? - 健身

各位大大,前幾天健身房教練幫我測體脂,高達30點多,發現我的脂肪大都在下半身
但因為我長期騎單車(已經是老手常被誤認為教練),下半身肌肉也非常大
問題一: 教練建議我 只有有騎單車那一天 重訓課表就不要練腿
但是我都會習慣性跑去做腿部肌器...> <
而且我發現 我股四頭肌很弱,做沒幾下就酸得要死
問題二: 我目前有在重訓,但是我都憑感覺做,並沒有排課表
大制上是 練一天休一天 譬如星期一練腿 腹 背 星期二休息
星期三練胸 三頭 腹 星期四休息.星期五再練星期一的各肌群
教練說我肌肉的復原力很好,所以不太有肌肉酸痛問題
我個人也覺得 如果一天只練胸腹..少了練腿,就覺得不過癮ㄟ...
前輩門對我課表 能否指教一下呢???
