早上去復健看腰,療程快結束時,診療師教我一套紓緩的運動
(正面對床 背面朝上的躺著,然後把腰往上抬 頭往上抬)
沒想到還沒動到腰竟然是我手撐不起來!!試好幾次都沒力...
手像正常像伏地挺身的位子抬起來我可以 但是他要我手在頭上面一點開始撐起
我手伸不直 沒辦法抬起來 連撐一下起來都做不到
診療師說就算幼稚園小孩或瘦弱女子不用鍛鍊也都可以的
為了證明給我看,請路人甲以及某位四個月大的孕婦都EZ成功後
我從診療師妹妹的口中聽到了 你好"weak"
你好weak 你好weak 你好weak 一直在我腦海盤旋,是該練身體了...
我也不知道是手的哪個部位的肌肉無力 或者背肌無力
平時沒練身體 但是伏地挺身硬撐20下還OK 單槓一下都拉不起來
然後肩膀下面胸肌上面那塊連結胸跟手的肌肉幾乎算無 超薄的
目前覺得應該拉單槓是最好鍛鍊沒力的部位(雖然不知道是哪邊沒力)
但是一下都拉不起來 感覺拉著撐幾十秒感覺根本練不到啥
不知道各位聽到我的敘述能教我一些簡易健身鍛鍊肌肉的方式嗎
