三餐內容
早餐:-4無糖豆漿 偶爾來依個沙拉
午餐:正常吃 紅油炒手少麵 或是-4國民便當的量(中午才吃澱粉)
(偶爾會喝個低糖飲料不常 或是吃點一兩顆糖果)
晚餐:學校自助餐 大約都是這樣無澱粉

日常作息時間:12點睡 早上7點半起來
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:每天下午四點重訓20分鐘 針對肚子和手臂
然後再快走30分鐘 心跳有到125
我的問題:我覺得瘦好慢....我自己覺得應該是要一個禮拜一公斤
我是需要增加運動量嗎?? 還是我吃太多= =
我現在打算三餐改成五餐 但吃進去的量不變 這樣會好一點嗎
我本身是溜溜球效應的見證者 曾經高三從120不吃 然後拼命游泳瘦到72
一年半多就胖回108了 之後看到這個版才知道我錯了哎

我用學校的機器測我的基代約1981大卡 是否我需要吃到約1981大卡呢?
