體脂率:13(若不知道請至保健室、健身房、醫院、藥妝店等處測量,未填必砍)
參考照片:(可免填)
三餐內容
早餐:自己做的三明治(兩片土司+洋蔥+水煮鮪魚+玉米+清爽美奶滋(聽說熱量1/3)
+兩片萵苣+一片低脂起司) + 統一無糖豆漿450ml
午餐:低脂牛奶500ml + 家樂氏什錦果麥
晚餐:一份沒有主菜的自助餐(飯一碗+三樣菜 大多是番茄炒蛋 高麗菜 波菜
洋蔥炒蛋 紅蘿蔔炒蛋 小黃瓜等輪來輪去)
其他:每天喝水應該超過2500cc
日常作息時間:大概都會12點前睡 早上7點起床
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:每天快走30分鐘(只比慢跑慢一點而已 盡自己所能的快)
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
請問各位專業的大大們,我這樣的生活型態還算ok嗎
水果因為有點小貴(窮學生>"<)所以比較少在吃
就算體脂肪跟體重感覺不高 可是肚子跟大腿感覺還是鬆垮垮的
有沒有用簡單 便宜器具就可以輕鬆做成的重訓呢
