這樣的運動量算大嗎? - 健身

原po身高156 體重43
體脂肪20%
基礎代謝率1250
三個月前每天大概都吃1300~1500大卡的熱量
但前一兩個月發現就算我每天吃1600~1800大卡的熱量也沒變胖 反而瘦了點(1公斤多)
我的運動習慣是一週至少上5天健身房
我每次都是跑步40分鐘(5.5km,有將近30分鐘以上時間速度在8.5~9.3)+30分交叉機
有多餘的時間我會舉啞鈴 但重訓做得不頻繁
同事說我是因為運動量夠大所以沒胖反而瘦了
請問我這樣運動量算大嗎?
我是有漸漸增加自己跑步的強度 速度和距離一直有慢慢在提升
想請問各位的意見 感謝
