三餐內容
早餐:中型蘋果一顆,無糖豆漿六百毫升,水煮蛋一顆
午餐:7-11的鮮食便當
晚餐:7-11的蔬果三明治
其他:我每天會喝大約三千毫升的水,晚上超過六點就不再吃任何東西了!我有計算我
每天吃的食物熱量,不會低於我的基礎代謝率
日常作息時間:我大概晚上一點多睡覺,早上八點多起床,九點進實驗室做實驗,到下午
五點去打工,晚上七點多回來去運動
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:我每天會慢跑操場大約一個小時不會中途停下來,跑完會拉筋做伸展操,回家睡
覺前會按摩抬腿
我的問題:請問我這樣的瘦身方法是正確的嗎?我是屬於下半身肥胖型的,我的小腿和大腿
都很粗,我做這樣的有氧運動再增加肌肉量是正確的麻?如果再加上去游泳池來
回走路,會不會更好? 謝謝大家的幫助:)我真的很想瘦下來..
