請問依我的狀況,適合什樣的減重運動?
跑步:七年前車禍膝蓋骨折留下後遺症
昨晚才跑二圈,今早膝蓋就很痛
快走:每天夜間最少走半鐘頭以上
但近日早晨睡醒下床走路時腳底板泛痛
猜測可能是足底筋膜炎
游泳:怕水的旱鴨子
本身視覺整體看下來屬於慓準身材,實際裸身原形畢露
手腳纖細,脂肪囤積在身體部位腰腹臀,目標期望腰腹臀能夠變得更紙片苗條
想請問有膝蓋舊疾的我是不是該減少運動量,改為每二天一次?
或者在家放有氧影片動動跳跳就好?
現考慮勤勞爬山.騎單車,這二者都很喜歡
可是我記得爬山也很傷膝蓋,單車只要別太頻繁,腳踩姿勢正確應還可以?
不過我膝蓋病發不穩定,只要感覺怪怪就不能騎,因為屈膝時會格外疼痛
我喜歡運動,卻似乎都做不得,好無奈,這樣要怎瘦身?
另外,我仰臥起坐做不太起來
