我開始重訓了...終於..... - 減肥

話說...前三個月真是我的倒楣月....
有氧運動減肥減的正開心時..來個連環傷~~
先是膝蓋酸..檢查後有輕微磨損..復建了一個多月後終於好了...
恢復運動後一個星期..
重感冒..
不頭暈不發燒也不流鼻涕...就是愛咳嗽...
如果走快一點就咳到吐..於是運動也只能暫停..這一過又是三週...
終於咳嗽好了...
八月初去澎湖七美浮潛四天...第二天早上腳就扭傷了...
七美島上沒有任何一家醫院..只有衛生所...
於是只能在衛生所打了消炎針..外加冰敷...
腳扭傷怎麼玩??照樣玩...於是接下來三天依然呆在海裡浮潛...
回到台灣...腳比蛋糕還要腫...
於是去給國術館推拿敷藥..好死不死又起藥疹......
這一來又不能敷藥了...所以扭傷的復原速度又更慢了...
一直到上個星期..我才有辦法穿上鞋子...總算是能正常走路了...
過去這三個月..把我好不容易減掉的18公斤揮霍掉一小部份...
137減到119...現在復胖到121...還算是在勉強能接受的範圍內...
但是這樣總不是辦法...於是想開始重訓...
昨天..去台糖量販店搬回來一套組合式啞鈴...
15kg1499元...
內含
1.25kg槓片X8
0.5 kg槓片X4
短槓 X2
固定螺帽 X4
最大的優點是..台糖量販店就有賣同一家的外加槓片..以後添購很方便...
現在要開始作重訓了..
初期菜單是二頭..三頭..肩膀..胸部..
目前是針對基耐力部分先作...初步訂立是20下..三組..組間距2min...
過陣子再來看情況調整...
