我目前施行減肥快兩個月 都還蠻順利的
也都依照版上網友的建議
自己計算進食熱量跟基礎代謝 該吃的營養都有乖乖吃
平常下班也都會固定跑個幾圈操場再回家
減肥效果也還OK
但問題就是 自從我開始減肥後
我戒掉了原本不忌口的高熱量甜食(ex蛋糕,珍奶之類的)
之前也常會跟朋友約出去吃蛋糕喝下午茶
現在完全不會參加了
結果隨著時間越來越長
我發現自己的心情越來越容易焦慮@@
也變得很容易沮喪Orz
看到大家在分食零食 我只能說不用了謝謝
想問問看 如果遇到這種狀況應該要怎麼調適比較好呢?
