戒掉飲料和暴食 - 健身

三餐內容
早餐:7/11的蔬菜沙拉 or 御飯糰 (有時會+無糖豆漿) 餐前會先喝500-600cc的水
午餐:冬粉一束 + 燙青菜 + 水煮豬肉 + 無糖綠茶 (因為最近才剛開始戒甜飲料)
主食有時候會換成糙米飯八分滿或高麗菜水餃8-10個
如果有吃水果最近吃的是西瓜或葡萄
晚餐:七點前點吃完/ 跟家人一起吃, 會按母親煮的作調整
通常以糙米為主食, 菜會挑清淡的吃, 沒有清淡的菜會少吃菜,
然後用水果取代 餐前會喝500cc的水或無糖綠
其他:常會忘記喝水, 還有是黑咖啡愛好者, 自從開始戒甜飲後, 咖啡和無糖茶的
攝取量偏高, 這樣好嗎?
日常作息時間: 容易焦慮的時候就會晚睡, 平常都是在12點-1點間就寢
但是通常都會在九點前就起床
除非真的很累才會午休1-2hrs
生活型態:考公職兼家教打工/ 通常花4-5hrs念書, 有時更久
運動習慣: 每天至少花15-30分鐘到公園運動, 運動時間沒有固定在早上或晚上,
不過會找時間去!運動主要是以走路或公園運動器材為主(走路速度
因為重量太重的關係有所調整)
我的問題:很容易因為焦慮吃下過多的食物, 不過情緒正常的時候就都還好,
如果焦慮的話目前會先喝冰水, 然後走路到公園,會確保自己手邊沒錢買食物
以免暴食!
不知道我目前的三餐內容還ok嗎?
