加入健身房兩年,前者數據是入會當天數值,後者是昨天量的
體重:52.4 kg/ 55.2 kg
體脂肪率: 24% / 21.9%
體液診斷 (L)
右臂: 1.41 / 1.60
左臂: 1.37 / 1.57
軀幹: 13.5 / 14.5
右腿: 4.82 / 5.21
左腿: 4.87 / 5.26
兩年來我一星期騎2-3次的飛輪,每次1-2小時不等,最近一個月開始每星期選一天跑步,
每次都是快走熱身1公里,跑3-5公里(照當天的狀況),COOL DOWN 1公里。
雖然體重比當初加入的來的重,可是體態/視覺上真的比當初瘦很多,
困擾我的部份是大腿變的很壯,
買褲子上真的很麻煩(腰在正常範圍,可是屁股跟大腿就是塞不下),
雖然我並不欣賞細到一腳可以踹斷的"鳥仔腳",但是我也不想變成"金剛芭比",
不知道我該怎麼調整我的運動習慣或是飲食,讓大腿可以稍稍瘦一點,
