戒菸之我胖了之悲劇 - 健身

就這樣默默的戒菸也一個月了
當初就是看著菸盒發呆沉默了一下
心裡出現一個聲音:「不抽了...」
哈~好啦~其實也是因為我喜歡的男人沒抽= =
就這樣頂著過人意志,沒有特別痛苦的結束6~7年的抽菸生涯
在剛戒菸,菸癮還常發作時,我刻意不去量體重,因為我知道一定會變重
一旦看到數字上升,會很容易放棄戒菸
現在也過了一個月了,已經可以滿適應沒菸的生活模式了
中間也因為戒菸的關係,放縱自己飲食好多次(唉...)
廢話不多說,來個戒菸前後體重體脂比較吧..
<戒菸前>
身高:163.5cm
體重:大約48.8~49.4在飄移
體脂:大約18~19%在飄移
基代:1210
內臟脂肪:1
<戒菸後>
身高:163.5cm (沒變耶! 廢話!)
體重:52 (剛量的! 熱騰騰的!)
體脂:20.6%(一樣熱騰騰的!)
基代:1240 (怎麼會高那麼多?)
內臟脂肪:2(這竟然也提高了~"~)
真的是悲劇........
維持4字頭沒多久就又說掰掰了~~~(揮手帕)
雖然看到這樣的數字滿憂鬱的,但是我還是慶幸我戒掉了
好處就是皮膚變好變白,整體氣色變得很不錯,身上也不會臭臭的
也不會因為出門跟不抽菸的朋友在外,癮一犯,不知何去何從XDD
不過我有一個疑問......!!!!!!!!!!
52-49=3,3公斤其實也不算多,但是為何我的基代可以差到30啊???
人家說剛戒菸,代謝率不是會降低嗎?
戒菸這期間還是有固定在運動,盡量不讓自己廢掉這樣~
你/妳,還再抽菸嗎?還再為了菸錢煩惱嗎?
戒了吧~~~~
