手指好麻好痛? - 健身

如題,本魯讀資訊類科系,天天敲鍵盤點滑鼠
雖然好像現代人都這樣 ... 回正題
昨天重完,從今天早上到現在打字,有幾隻手指的關節麻麻痛痛的
重訓菜單中有用到拉的動作:槓鈴RDL、槓鈴划船、戰繩
RDL後面幾組有幾下,握力真的要沒了(我沒有拉力帶
就改正反手+手指硬勾住,手跟槓鈴呈現的狀態像這樣

(就是槓已經滑離手掌心了,用手指硬勾)
最後的戰繩,雖然不太算拉的動作
但也是死命握住才做完,只好改拉一條XD 兩條我想會脫手飛出去吧 ...
而且大拇指跟食指中間磨破皮了 Orz

結論
現在打字跟用滑鼠兩邊的手指都好不舒服,尤其像我這種要用整天的人 ...
不知道這算不算有受傷?還是就是握力不足?
