各位前輩們好
我19歲 身高175 體重63 體脂肪未知
第一張圖是二月初剛開始練的時候
其實當時就已經有稍微的腹肌和小胸
也因此這樣,使我燃燒起練看看的鬥志

做ㄧ休一,經過一個多月後的今天3/22號
做完後30分鐘內會喝一杯500cc豆漿
照著youtube徒手訓練,腹肌真的明顯了
可是怎麼練就是無法練出下面兩塊
於是我上我查了一下如何練下面那兩塊
原來和[基因]也有關係
其實我懷疑著是我[體脂肪]太多
我熱愛跑步,每次跑30-60min,約5-10km
也因此這樣我想可能體脂肪會下降
甚至飲食方面我也盡量有在控制
可是還是無法讓下面兩塊出現
請求各位前輩們指導
另外
我想請問要如何練才可把胸練大 明顯
這一個多月胸進展很慢
甚至沒什麼進步,一樣小胸
希望前輩們提供徒手訓練最有效的方式了

我拿了報紙擦過一遍鏡子後更髒
鏡子出現一條一條的 請見諒
