<本文單純想討拍兼抱怨>
魯姐接觸重訓快1年
每次做完隔3~4天 甚至長達7天都在痛 有時會痛到不良於行
教練又會說:會痛很正常!要繼續操才有效果
所以我總是:訓練->痛->很痛->稍微不痛->訓練->痛... 如此不停循環
抱著酸痛繼續啞鈴深蹲、PUSH UP、PLANK真的快飆淚
然後近1年下來肌肉也沒怎麼變大(一部份是因為冬天發懶中斷2個月)
最近去訓練之前 一想到隔天的痛楚 就會覺得煩 很想放棄
教練說 只要肌力上來了 就越來越不會痛了
大家都練多久後 才能從無限疼痛循環中跳出呢??
