手腕受傷應該怎麼繼續訓練? - 健身

大家好
我大概在一個月前出了一次車禍
左手的手腕有拉傷
不太能夠把我的手掌向上翻
連帶的影響到我去健身房的很多動作
很多啞鈴的動作都不能做
例如說練二頭,練前臂,飛鳥等等
這些動作做起來會讓我的手腕超級痛的
有些動作影響比較小,但是做的時候還是會有點痛
例如肩推,正手單槓
醫生建議我要讓拉傷盡快好,最好的方式就是盡量不要去對它施力
如果不停地去使用它就會好得很慢
我現在在健身房運動的時候會避免那些讓我手腕很痛的動作
但是讓我手腕有點痛的動作我還是會繼續做
當然以恢復的角度來看不太好
但是我也不想耽擱到練習的進度
不知道各位在肌肉拉傷的時候是怎麼訓練的呢?
