想請教大家,我想要做手臂的運動
查了一下至底的[知識]裡面所附的影片教學。

這陣子試了一下,不知道是姿勢錯誤還是怎樣。
我只做了五下(想說慢慢來),可是隔天手腕的地方還滿不舒服的(酸痛)。
想請教大家,這個要怎樣做勒?
照著影片做(有照鏡子看姿勢),有想過是自己施力不正確?
可是不知道要怎樣調? 還是有什麼應注意未注意?
