才兩個月膝蓋就有問題 - 健身

我前兩周去康是美量164/55KG ,體脂肪30
我大概一年半前就開始慢跑
但先前很懶散,最勤奮時只維持一個月,
一個禮拜跑三天,最多只跑3KM
中間還停掉半年
一直到今年五月才下定決心一定要持續
從一開始的十圈慢慢增加到六月底已經可以跑到35圈(7KM)
這次運動計畫還加入了鄭多燕
一個禮拜大概動四~五天,有時跑步有時鄭多燕
跑步前15分拉筋->快走兩圈->跑步->快走十圈->15分鐘拉筋,
跑步時也會注意腳跟先落地
跳鄭多燕時,只要是蹲的動作都會注意膝蓋不要超過腳趾
但是左膝還是會有"啪"的聲音
但不會痛~每次跳都會有這種聲音~
沒想到就在我完成人生第二個7KM後,
我的左膝開始怪怪的,
走路會卡卡的,
我以為休息幾天就好~
但我已經休息一個禮拜了...
我自覺得自己的運動量跟板友比真的算少
因為不是每天跑,而且明明都很注意姿勢也都有拉筋
竟然還是膝蓋痛了...
好不容易這次持續兩個月肚子都消了
前兩周去量康是美發現體脂肪還是那麼高,打擊了我第一次信心
我正要繼續努力戰勝體脂肪時竟然膝蓋會痛~!!
突然覺得好灰心喔.....唉~
