話說本人自大學開始就學太極拳
結果荒廢數年後 幸運的去參加密集班
重新溫習 一天要打四小時
打完後禮拜一去練健美 驚奇的發現
肌肉竟然不會僵硬掉
一樣的重量 一樣的組數
竟然練完肌肉還是軟軟的
為了練到疲勞 我又加練了三組
練到都沒力氣了 竟然肉還是軟軟的
就是不會變硬
不知道這是好現象還是壞現象
