打棒球可以練肩膀骨架嗎? - 健身

小弟一個表弟
瘦瘦高高的,大概180 體重應該有60或70之間
他之前還沒去打球、他雖然高高的但肩膀窄窄的
手也滿細的一看就覺得他是讀書人的那種體格
後來好像被他同學找去打棒球,系隊那種,好像打了一兩年
最近看到他有點驚訝到
身型整個差好多
肩膀變寬很多,體型大概大一號吧
也不是變胖的那種
胸肌沒很大卻肩膀很寬
問他說是不是也有在重訓
他說主要還是練球,重訓偶爾做而已
是不是打棒球都會練到肩膀或體型?
