大家覺得打籃球減肥的效果如何?
男生打球有時3打3也蠻激烈的
心跳130以上應該都有 ,有時後全速切入個幾次,
甚至會很喘心跳到150。(當然不會都維持150,還是有休息的時候)
有時後這樣打個1小時 應該消耗不少卡路里 燃燒脂肪效果應該也不錯吧?
慢跑是跑個5~6K (30~40分鐘) 有時後會比較無聊
有沒有人用打籃球瘦身的 分享一下經驗吧
