不知道是不是發這個版,如果有錯我在自刪
小弟我因為最近要比賽所以積極練球,平時有去重訓不過都只練胸
打球常常抽筋而且都是左腳,打完腳底板走路還會痛
今天則痛到不太能走
總而言之,我要開始練腳的話有沒有推薦的練法?
還有我抽筋有沒有改善方法?
另外腳底板痛是為什麼?
