早上想打蔬果汁當早餐 替代早餐店的吐司漢堡類
查資料後,好像都會建議要有水果跟蔬菜都要有
周末我會買好下列幾項
紅蘿蔔、蘋果、鳳梨、芹菜
火龍果、番茄、薑
水果每天隨意挑三樣
然後芹菜固定都會有,偶爾加點薑片
不曉得我這種蔬果汁當早餐的配方是否需要調整
