剛剛看到覺得很有趣想要跟大家討論一下
左邊是歐洲最強壯的男人 右邊是兩次世界扳手腕冠軍
光看體型跟體重 兩個人差了將近快要200磅 大概快要80公斤
一般來說要跟一個比自己體型重上80公斤
而且本身強度是非常夠的對手還不是肥宅比扳手腕
通常人都會猜一定是體重比較重的贏 至少也要是個拉鋸戰吧
結果比賽的結果是 devon larratt屌虐the mountain
之前也有看過水肥哥的文章有提到這個冠軍訓練的方式很像神經病一樣
不知道的人在健身房可能會以為他是神經病
他的上半身跟手臂跟專業的健力健美選手比可能也不是特別強大的
(當然我不是說他不壯 他也是非常非常強壯)
但是扳手腕這個動作到底牽扯到多少肌群 以及為什麼體重相差這麼多還是無法勝過對方
我實在是百思不得其解 想跟大家討論一下
不知道有沒有扳手腕高手可以一起討論 謝謝
