標題好像有點太聳動
不過最近意外做出了有薯條香味的健康菜色
很好吃且低GI! 我先生超喜歡
想說分享給熱愛薯條的版友們
清炒蓮藕
材料:蓮藕一條,鹽,烏醋,味霖
做法:
1. 買一條新鮮的帶土蓮藕
2. 用菜瓜布刷洗乾淨 或 削皮
3. 切成1x1cm的方塊
4. 一點點橄欖油熱鍋,大火炒,炒至輕微焦香後加少許水燜熟
5. 加適量鹽,幾滴烏醋,半瓶蓋味霖
6. 好了! 超簡單!
蓮藕是低GI低熱量的澱粉 可以炒一碗來取代一餐的澱粉類
而且! 有薯條的香味! (重點)
