原本我練腿的動作有
深蹲,腿推舉,腿後勾,extension,墊小腿
這五樣
本來項目感覺就不多了
昨天練腿實在是懶得搬腿推舉的槓片(我原本是從520磅遞增70磅五組 到最後一組800磅)
我昨天就放棄腿推舉了
改成深蹲遞增上去之後 再遞減回來
(135磅遞增上去到305磅(1rm)之後再遞減做回來到135磅才完成深蹲的訓練)
(我135磅的組都是做前蹲,總覺得前蹲比普通深蹲有感)
共7組
想請問這樣我訓練的動作會太少嗎?
(把腿推舉拿掉換成更多的深蹲)
扣掉小腿的只剩3個練大腿的了...

305磅深蹲還是我昨天第一次衝上去的(原本在285)
結果305完覺得還可以想衝第二下 結果就站不起來了 直接往後跌(跌倒大家都在看 還要
很帥的裝沒事==) 雖然有rack保護 但手跟脖子後面都磨到了 手還流了不少血
想知道大家深蹲做不起來之後都會怎麼保護自己欸 我昨天還是第一次深蹲到跌倒(以前也
是有力竭做不起來過,但我是冒險屁股眨一下撐起來的)
