老實說我自己算TDEE及食物份量的能力得很差,所以我用低醣飲食減重時每3個月就會
自費去抽血監控數據,以下是我抽血檢測的項目:
1.三酸甘油脂:一般低醣飲食此數值會小於100
2.肌肝酸:此數值能經由公式推估腎絲球過濾率,若過濾率小於80的人,執行特殊飲
食前應諮詢醫師。另外腎功能不變下,此數據跟肌肉量成正比,所以似乎能
當作是另類的inbody(笑)
3.總膽固醇:一般來說脂肪攝取增加時會跟著上升,但若是高過350時就要注意,可能
總熱量攝取不足造成甲狀腺機能低下或本身是脂質代謝異常
4.高密度膽固醇:低醣飲食下應會上升
5.空腹血糖:大於126就是糖尿病了,去就醫吧。105-125之間是空腹血糖異常,100-104
之間可能空腹血糖異常也可能是低醣飲食引起的肌肉阻抗所致
6.糖化血色素:反映過去2-3個月血糖平均,6以下正常
7.空腹胰島素:理論越高胰島素阻抗越高,但容易誤判
8.甲狀腺機能(TSH、T3、T4):熱量攝取不足時TSH上升,T3、T4會下降
感覺不少牙醫派的朋友都是靠「直覺」玩生酮節食,個人覺得要玩可以但請先具備基礎
營養知識,不然就砸錢監控自我的生化數據,不然出事了可就悔莫及。
不過個人覺得還是習得計算分量營養的能力才實在,畢竟誰知今天抽血顯示正常,但會不
會明天身體就撐不住了?誰也不敢說。
