我是女生, 平日以練啞鈴動作為主,最近很想練單摃引體向上. 不幸的拉上去不到
20公分, 撐不到五秒鐘就掉下來. 平日自覺體力還不錯的說, 真傷心. 我想請教:
1.啞鈴有什麼動作可以幫助練習拉上單摃的肌肉的嗎? 如果不想加磅數(目前12P),
有幫助嗎?
2.看到某人的建議是不管三七二十一, 沒事就把自己吊在上面, 愈久愈好;
這個練習法...真的有效嗎?
3. 剛開始拉, 是先拉愈高的愈好(手伸直碰不到), 還是低一點的?
3. 我目前的做法是不管能拉多高, 二天去拉一次, 每次12~15下, 二組.
可是拉完才一點點痠, 都沒有做完啞鈴重訓那種大痠痛. 這樣有效嗎?
4. 單摃引體向上這個動作需不需要先熱身?
