因為常坐在電腦前,
如果在椅子上把背往後仰(如▁/),再把身體挺直(端正坐姿)
當然椅子是沒有靠背的普通四腳塑膠椅。
請問這個動作對於練腹肌有效嗎?或者是對於脊椎有害嗎?
