拉單槓前臂酸 - 健身

各位好~
小弟目前正在練習拉單槓(引體向上)當中
原本0下,練習1個月後,已經可以達到4下直下直上
不過僅限於第一組!!第二組就只能3下,第三組可能1下而已....冏
其他四到六組,可能就是用拉一半的方式拉幾下,或是跳上去撐著慢慢下放這樣...
目標是在今年年中,可以練會暴力上槓~
anyway 現在練習發現幾個問題....
1. 練習完後,下放的瞬間,前臂都會很痠;練到第5或6組時,下放時更是痠到不行。
2. 我自認為上拉時,肩胛的啟動做的還可以,但是每次拉完單槓背都不會痠0.0
3. 若以暴力上槓為目標來練習,握槓是不是大拇指要握在槓下比較好?而不是槓上?
目前覺得第一點超級困擾,害我練完隔天打羽球時,殺球都超沒力氣 = 3=
小弟目前170/77左右
有在練背重訓(只是目前想新加入引體向上)
不想減肥XDDD
不知各位大大有無以上三個問題解決的好方法?
