說拉筋 其實拉的還是肌肉
所以主要牽涉到的是肌肉束的長短
要說練一練之後肌肉束就越練越短似乎有點扯
不過練完之後適當的伸展絕對是必要的
讓肌肉釋放壓力也給她多一點生長的空間
然後肌肉長度在一定的範圍內時
有最佳的收縮力
過度伸展後一段時間收縮力會下降是真的
最後
很多人都以為只要筋拉開就可以踢高踢
但這種結果很多腳都只是被"甩"上去
威力其實沒有想像中大
可以試試看作慢動作 踢高
應該可以了解我的意思
不過元PO在這方面可能比我專業啦QQ
總之 柔軟度和肌力都很重要 囧>
