昨天去拔掉痛2星期下方的阻生智齒
現在臉腫得跟豬頭一樣,嘴巴無法咬合
查過最好的飲食是溫稀飯(偏偏我超級討厭吃稀飯)
今天已經吃2餐的麥片(60g上下)+豆漿(450cc)
蒸到很爛的南瓜1/4顆,加上剛吃傳統板豆腐1/2塊
很想吃水果,但實在無法咬...(打成果汁又超沒口感)
我的問題:
1.感覺一整天下來都在吃蛋白質的東西,偏偏腎臟又有問題
這樣會不會有不良影響?
2.還有什麼食物適合牙痛無法咬合吃呢?
3.吃了很多蛋白質就很想做肌力訓練,但一做下鄂又痛
如果沒做的話,練出來的腹肌多久不會消掉?
(辛苦練出來的腹肌消掉的話,我會很想哭...)
