是這樣的,
這個狀況已經困擾我好幾年了
想請問各位不知有沒有解?
請問小腿肚是脂肪還是肌肉?
下圖為放鬆狀態

放鬆狀態,捏的時候是軟的
捏大力一點,裡面的組織會有點痛
站立時,即使不刻意出力,
也會變得很堅硬
可能是基因的關係,
上半身很瘦,腿卻很壯
再多做有氧可能就會過瘦
臉部會先凹陷@@
女,身高165公分,體重53,體脂23
目前運動狀態為:
一週慢跑3~5天不等,每次7公里左右,4分半速至5分速之間
請問我可以如何拯救我的小腿呢?
