如提
我看台灣大部分的健身型Youtuber幾乎都不推薦做有氧
原因不外乎是
1. 會跟肌肉搶養分
2. 會降低TDEE
還會強調許多案例都是純做重訓就減脂成功
如果做有氧容易復胖
-------------但是分隔線
但是我看 健助師小珂 倒是推崇在減脂期搭配有氧/HIIT
而且有氧跟HIIT也能提高當日的代謝量,造成更多的熱量赤字
我知道這遠比不上減少進食的效益,又累
但是又有個說法是與其減少進食熱量 不如提高運動量以達到熱量赤字
不然進食量太少,長期下來也會減少TDEE
這不是很矛盾嗎??
我知道以小珂的身體條件跟肌肉量,不能拿他跟我這種肥宅相比
但是他是在教學影片推薦有氧的呀!
我自己是很困惑 到底為什麼多數Youtuber不但不推薦有氧
還會反.對.你.做.有.氧 ???? 到底是whyyyy
自己感覺的心得是:
新手期一定要做重訓,有氧不是必備
但是如果重訓搭配有氧,應該不會有反效果才對吧?
做有氧會降低TDEE到底是什麼概念..?
