減脂後期越容易餓嗎? - 健身

小弟我大概兩個月前開始檢脂
基本上這兩個月來,飲食都非常固定
蛋白質170g左右
碳水50-140g左右(大多數都是90-120)
剩下的給脂肪,每天大概都吃到2000卡
因為都是吃原型食物(相對低熱量),所以基本上每天都蠻飽的
結果這禮拜開始,每天晚上都好餓
其實不是很懂,我體重比兩個月前輕了4公斤左右
體脂掉了快8%,理論上我的TDEE應該下降了不少
但是吃一樣的熱量,反而比以前餓很多0.0
好想ㄘ宵夜喔QQ
