這是我的背 因為有段時間對他太放縱
都練正面的上中下胸和肩膀
結果期中考後發現 之前就有的背痛症狀越演越烈
痛處是在左邊肩頰骨下緣
剛好是左手反手由下往上摸到極限的地方
我懷疑是不是脊椎側彎 還是肌肉不平衡
不過我懷疑是肌肉不平衡 所以才來這裡問高手們
順便教教我 我的背應該加強哪些動作吧 是顯得有些薄弱齁
