本魯今天是補碳日
突發奇想 拿高碳水的芋圓、湯圓 與葡萄糖一起下去煮
煮了一大鍋 好好吃
喝了兩碗之後 湯竟然開始變質
後來變得超酸的啊
以往拿砂糖煮都不會這樣
有沒有碳水循環達人或化學達人可以告訴我這個頭腦簡單四肢發達的小隻
到底發生了什麼化學反應
(話說 這個GI值超高的啊 一喝下去就頭暈...)
