持續運動一個月反而變胖了 囧 - 健身

體重:55
BMI:20.7
體脂率:這禮拜會去康是美量!有點久以前量約26~28%
參考照片:最近沒有拍全身照
三餐內容
早餐:這陣子在放假通常都睡到中午起床所以沒有吃早餐
午餐:排骨便當(750cal)/水餃十個(550cal)/炒飯一小碗+海帶湯(600cal)...etc.
因為現在搬回家裡住老媽中午不開伙,
所以通常外食由老爸決定他買什麼我吃什麼XD
如果吃便當的話白飯只會吃一半
晚餐:媽媽煮的,通常都是一碗飯(白飯/糙米飯/地瓜飯) (150~250cal)
兩份青菜(150cal)
一份肉(300cal)
一碗湯(200~250cal)
麻煩專業的各位幫我檢查一下這樣的計算有沒有問題m(_ _)m
其他:
晚上10~11點左右會吃一份水果(最近通常是橘子XD)
有時候會多吃一小把花生啦(大概就一個手掌這樣 ̄▽ ̄||)
假日或平日跟男朋友見面時可能會爆氣一下吃大餐但我都會盡量控制
頻率一個禮拜大約一次XD
日常作息時間:
因為最近很安逸的在放長假
所以通常都蠻晚睡的....大約三點多
然後睡到中午起床吃午餐
我知道這樣不太好啦我會努力調整這樣的作息的!
生活型態:
學生(大四實習中,現在剛好是休假階段)
運動習慣:
X-bike一小時,心跳數約140~160左右,至少5天/wk
30下仰臥起坐,約3天/wk
我的問題:
固定開始騎腳踏車已經差不多有一個月了
不過體重好像都沒有明顯的下降讓我有點沮喪
現在有點不知道該怎麼辦
我還是會持續運動下去啦
不過不知道有什麼還能夠改善的部份
而且今天量體重不但沒降還些微上升害我快哭了
我是屬於下半身比較胖的體型
纖細的美腿是我的目標XD
所以我最近開始洗完澡後會用碧X泉的勻體霜(贈品)按摩大腿和小腿以及蝴蝶袖
大家快救救我吧!!!
