持續運動但是體重一直降不下來 - 健身

請問各位板友 我平均一週運動3次以上
從今年初才開始有減重計劃 一月體重剛好掉2kg
可是二月不曉得是不是過年的關係 體重沒有掉
但是也沒有增加 因為我過年期間還是有找時間去運動
今天3/14 三月過一半了 我發現體重還是沒有掉
可是我還是有持續在運動 不曉得有沒有什麼方法可以讓體重掉下來
不然只有身形變好看 但是體重沒有掉 還是感覺減重減得不太踏實
